• Improving service quality, managing reservation slots, and operating the website safely

3. Handling in the Reservation System

Personal information entered in the reservation form is used to send confirmation emails to you and notification emails to our administrators, and to handle your reservation. As a rule, the database used to manage reservation slots stores only the information needed for time management — such as the reservation date, start time, end time, and reservation code — and does not store personal information such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers.

When integrating with Google Calendar, we likewise handle mainly the date and time information needed to manage reservation slots, and operate so as not to share personal information unnecessarily.

4. Third-Party Disclosure and Outsourcing

Except in cases based on laws and regulations, the Studio does not provide personal information to third parties without your consent. However, we may use external services or contractors to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use — for example, for email delivery, server operation, reservation management, payment, or business support.
