1. Information We Collect

The Studio may collect the following information to the extent necessary for taking reservations, responding to inquiries, and providing our services.

• Name, name reading (furigana), email address, phone number, gender, and anything entered in the remarks field
• Reservation date and time, selected plan, session length, selected options, and pricing information
• Inquiry contents and your correspondence history with the Studio
• Technical information collected in operating the website, such as access logs, IP addresses, and browser information

2. Purposes of Use

We use the information we collect for the following purposes.

• Taking, confirming, changing, and cancelling reservations, and verifying identity
• Providing the Studio's services, such as recording, lessons, editing, and delivery
• Communication regarding advance materials, scripts, audio sources, quotes, invoicing, and payment
• Important notices, necessary guidance, troubleshooting, and after-support
• Improving service quality, managing reservation slots, and operating the website safely

3. Handling in the Reservation System

Your name, name reading, email address, phone number, gender, and remarks entered in the reservation form are used only to send the booking confirmation to you and a notification to the Studio, and to handle your reservation. They are not stored in the website database; they are kept as email in the Studio's mailbox. The remarks are not included in the confirmation email sent to you.

The database used to manage reservation slots stores the reservation code, date and time, plan, session length, selected options, whether a student discount applies, and price; if a reservation is cancelled, the cancellation time and the reason entered by the Studio are also stored. These are deleted about one month after the date of use, and cancelled reservations are deleted the day after cancellation. Only the reservation code, date and time, plan, student-discount status, price, and options are sent to Google Calendar (Google LLC, USA); names and contact details are not sent.

To prevent fraudulent or mass submissions, irreversible hashes of your IP address, email address, and phone number (valid for 24 hours) and a check value for the booking screen (valid for 2 hours) are stored. Expired values are no longer used and are deleted by WordPress's periodic cleanup. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) to block automated submissions; your IP address and browser information are sent to Cloudflare when the booking screen is shown and when you submit.

4. Third-Party Disclosure and Outsourcing

Except in cases based on laws and regulations, the Studio does not provide personal information to third parties without your consent. However, we may use external services or contractors to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use — for example, for email delivery, server operation, reservation management, payment, or business support. In such cases, information is handled only within the necessary scope.

This website uses the following external services for display and functionality. When they are loaded, your browser sends your IP address and browser information to each provider.

• Google Fonts, Google Maps, YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode), and Google Calendar integration: Google LLC (USA)
• Cloudflare Turnstile (prevention of fraudulent submissions): Cloudflare, Inc. (USA)
• Web and mail servers: XSERVER Inc. (Japan)

5. Security Management

To prevent the leakage, loss, falsification, or unauthorized access of personal information, the Studio takes necessary and appropriate security measures, including access restrictions, appropriate configuration of administrative privileges, and an operating policy of not storing unnecessary personal information.

6. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, Deletion, etc.

If you request notification of the purposes of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of third-party provision of your personal information, we will respond within a reasonable scope in accordance with the law, after verifying your identity.

7. Cookies and Analytics

This website may use cookies and access logs to improve usability and operate the site safely. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly as a result.

On the booking screen, we use browser storage (sessionStorage and localStorage) to temporarily keep your selected plan and reservation code. Embedded Google Maps and YouTube, and Cloudflare Turnstile, may use their own cookies or similar technologies. Records of logins to the administration screen (date and time, user name, IP address) are kept to prevent unauthorized access. We do not currently use any analytics tools.

8. Revisions

This policy may be revised in response to changes in the law, changes to our services, or operational needs. The revised policy takes effect when posted on this website.
