Prohibited purposes

Use for the following purposes is strictly refused.

  1. Religious activities, political activities, or activities that encourage illegal acts
  2. Sale of goods, solicitation for network (multi-level) marketing, or any other for-profit exchange of money
  3. Any act deemed contrary to public order and morals, laws, or ordinances

Article 2 (Studio Rules)

No shoes inside

Shoes are not allowed inside the studio. Please remove your shoes at the entrance and use the shoe rack provided. Inside the studio, please wear slippers or socks.

Punctuality

Please vacate the studio completely within your reserved time, including setup, teardown, and cleanup. Unauthorized overtime is strictly prohibited. If you remain past your end time, an overtime fee may be charged.

Food, drink & smoking

Smoking is prohibited throughout the studio. To protect the equipment, only lidded drinks (e.g. bottled drinks) may be brought in. As a rule, eating inside the booth is prohibited.

Perfume & strong scents

Visiting while wearing strong perfume or anything else that gives off a strong scent is prohibited. As the studio is an enclosed space, we ask for your cooperation to prevent odors transferring to the equipment and out of consideration for the next guests.

Cleanup & trash

Before leaving, please return equipment and furnishings to their original positions and do a light cleanup. Please dispose of any trash in the bins provided, or take it all home with you.

Article 3 (Student Discount)

If you use a student discount plan, please note the following.

Student ID required

Please be sure to show your student ID on the day of your recording session.

Payment of the difference

If you are unable to show your student ID, we regret that you will be asked to pay the difference between the discounted and regular rates on site. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

[Cancellations due to unavoidable circumstances]

If disruption is foreseeable

If a typhoon is forecast to approach, or public transport (trains, buses, etc.) is expected to be disrupted, please contact us as early as possible before your reservation date.

If you cannot reach us on the day

Damage to equipment or facilities

If you damage or soil the Studio's equipment, facilities, floors, walls, etc., intentionally or through negligence (including carelessness), we will charge the cost of restoration (repair or replacement at actual cost) plus compensation for lost business. This does not apply to damage from normal wear and tear or force majeure — but please report any damage immediately.
